We welcome your registration for the APHIA 2026 Joint Conference of the Asia Pacific Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics Association and 19th International Histocompatibility Workshop.

Please register through our online registration system during the registration period below.

Note: Students must present valid student ID at the conference registration desk. Graduate students and resident doctors should register as regular participants.

After completing your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your login credentials.

Registration fees are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD), but payment will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Cancellation Policy

In principle, no refunds will be provided for cancellations due to participant circumstances.

Accommodation Information

Important Information - Please Read Carefully Before Submitting Your Request

For IHIWS 2026 Participants: If you are attending The 19th International HLA & Immunogenetics Workshop (IHIWS 2026) and require consecutive accommodation, please submit your accommodation request through the IHIWS 2026 registration system.
Request Form Access: The hotel reservation request form will be available through your MyPage after completing your registration. This is a request form only - accommodation is not confirmed at the time of submission.
Request Processing: We may not be able to accommodate all preferences. If your preferred hotel is unavailable or fully booked, we will offer alternative accommodation options. Our secretariat will process your request and notify you of the result via email.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and modifications are subject to each hotel's individual cancellation policy. Please contact the secretariat for any changes to your reservation.
Hotel Details: Detailed information about each hotel (facilities, location, etc.) will be available on the APHIA 2026 website.
